How AI actually changed the way your team holds knowledge

A live session on a model I use to explain what LLMs changed inside an organization — and, just as important, what they didn't.

I used to run webinars like this at NinjaTrader. This one's about the "knowledge triangle": tactical, implicit, and explicit knowledge, and why only one of those three just changed shape.

The idea in short

Every organization holds what it knows across three kinds: tactical (how you actually do the job), implicit (what nobody wrote down — who to ask, what really works), and explicit (docs, wikis, tickets). Before LLMs, all three were bounded by human time to write things down and pass them on.

LLMs stretched exactly one side — explicit — into something closer to a ray. Tactical and implicit knowledge didn't move; you still can't paste institutional trust or a 2am judgment call into a prompt. Most orgs are still managing all three sides the same way they always did, which means misallocating effort in a specific, predictable direction.

I wrote up the full model here: The Knowledge Triangle Isn't a Triangle Anymore. The webinar walks through it live, with real examples of where each shape breaks, and takes your team's actual situation as a working example.

What this isn't

Not a tools demo

No product pitch, no "10 prompts you need." This is a framework for where AI actually helps and where it doesn't.

Not generic AI hype

No "AI will change everything." One specific side of the triangle changed. The other two are exactly as hard as they always were.

A working session

Bring your own org's shape. We'll figure out live where the mismatch actually is.
